Gud-Girl runs on a persistent 5 second clock. That clock is directly connected to the rotation of the gud-girl pictures you see in the viewer. When the pictures rotate, they always rotate on that 5 second increment. When the rotation is moving cleanly every 5 seconds, the system is in balance. When the rotation stops and one gud-girl stays on screen, that means the system is intentionally prioritizing her and directing your attention toward her so her attention score can rise.

The site is pictures of gud-girls combined with math and code-based rules instead of hype, virality, reposts, or social stacking. At 2.5 seconds inside each 5 second cycle, the live attention span is tallied through Firebase. That tally is tied to the gud-girl currently in the viewer and written into her score through the site logic. Gud-girls with lower attention scores are prioritized by the system, so the timing engine keeps pushing visibility toward the dogs that need it most.

Post pictures of your gud-girl when she is in her jammies, sleeping on the couch, celebrating her birthday, sitting in the car, at the park, or just being ridiculously cute for no reason. The whole point is dog fun filtered through a clean mathematical rule.
